YBace ("we", "us") operates ybace.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and we don't use your resume to train AI models.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Content you provide — resumes, job descriptions, and other career materials you upload or paste, used solely to provide the service to you.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the service: analyzing, tailoring, and generating documents at your request.
• To communicate with you about your account, the waitlist, and product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve YBace using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your resumes or documents to train AI models.
• We do not share your content with third parties except the service providers below.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate: hosting and content delivery, AI processing of documents you submit, form and email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and for the purposes above. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@ybace.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and lightweight analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ybace.com.

8. Children

YBace is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
